The Tribune article and photos about our house that ran today reminded us of how glad we are that we chose you as our builders.  We are convinced that the other builders we interviewed would not have home through for us as you have. Our experience with you was every bit as good or better than that of your three previous clients that we spoke to before we hired you.

We feel that having both of you on the project was like "getting two for one" - and one of you was always available to answer our many questions. In that regard, you both seemed to have infinite patience - and actually were enthusiastic when we came up with additional ideas like the cat porch.

The quality of work and attention to detail was so excellent that even our most critical friends almost reluctantly had to admit they could not find any flaws. We were glad that any minor problems that cropped up were cheerfully and promptly dealt with. Nothing was a problem to you.

Please feel free to bring prospective clients through to show off your/our "masterpiece". We give you a 10 out of 10, for performance and all around great attitude!

Tony has built two houses for us, one 19 years ago in Creston, and one that we moved into in August of 2003 in Templeton. Odenwald Construction is the only firm I would ever care to recommend. Tony was devoted to my projects; he kept to the schedule and was up front and realistic about the finances. His subs were the best I've never seen finer work. Since the completion of our new home, he has responded to any and every question or concern that we have had, long past the one year guarantee most contractors offer. He even fixed some things that he didn't originally install! If I ever have another house to build, he will build it.

I couldn't have asked for a better builder in terms of giving me a house that was affordable for us and of high quality. Tony had such a depth of knowledge and attention to detail in managing both his own crew and his subcontractors, always being mindful of costs. We moved into our house in Paso Robles in 1989. We moved into our new home in Atascadero in March of 2000. It was great working with Tony, because I never had to worry about anything. Dear Tony, Thomas, Taylor, family, and coworkers:

We both want you to know how much we appreciate everything you have done for us. It just seems like yesterday when we were all standing on the property having a discussion with the grader about where the house should be. Than after all the spring rain, we watched our house become a reality over the hot summer months.

Thanks so much for the wonderful talents of all those who have the amazing skills necessary for home construction. That includes so many people- cement workers, well drillers, all the framers, roofers, painters, electricians, insulation people, drywallers, plumbers graders, heating and air conditioning people- the list goes on and on. Every step of the way you put up with all our questions and carefully explained what was going on during the entire process.

Your time and effort, planning, multitasking, and hard work will never be forgotten. We will enjoy our house on Reindeer Place for years to come.
